We suggest booking your flight 6 months prior to your departure for the best rate. We do, however, reccomended booking accomodtions as soon as you can since hotels in Italy tend to have limited rooms.

We recommend flying into either Leonardo Da Vinci - Fiumicino Airport, Rome (FCO) or Amerigo Vespucci Airport, Florence (FLR). Rome: 2 hr 10 min drive or 3 hr 20 min train to Perugia Florence: 2 hr drive o 2 hr 45 min train to Perugia

We recommend renting a car if you plan to venture out of Perugia. The city of Perugia is very walkable if you are stayng near the city center. We are planning round trip trasportation to and from the city center and the Villa (20 minute drive) the day of the wedding.

Its up to you - many of us will be staying from September 14th-21st! We recommend planning to be in Perugia on September from 18th to 20th for the Welcome drink, Wedding and Pizza Party.
