The structure was builded around the fire tower in the century XV.

In 1700 it was property of the aristocrats Monaldi, which builded a big house with garden.

In 1930, the Count and multifaceted artist Francesco Maria Guardabassi bought the property.

Then, Maurizio Petrini, bought the Villa in 1989, after forty years of state of neglect. He is still the owner.

Arouund the Villa there are an italian garden and a large park with fountains, swimming pool, a little swan's lake and a tiny amphitheatre.
